QuickLink Flashing 5-Metres EPDM Rubber Fully Adhesive Back Flexible UV-Resistant Roofing

Description

The purpose of this product is to act as a moisture barrier, to redirect water flow, or to cover joints where water may otherwise penetrate the interior of a building (as defined in the NCC 2019 BCA Volume 2, under “flashing”).

QuickLink roofing flashing is manufactured from UV-resistant flexible rubber, with a self-adhesive backing. It incorporates an aluminium mesh that ensures rigidity and a long-lasting shape retention when applied to roof surfaces. This product is suitable for use on both metal and tile roofing.

Stretch ability tested in percentage (%). The material’s stretch performance in two directions:

• Longitudinal (lengthwise): ≥ 50%

• Transverse (crosswise): ≥ 25%

This means the material can stretch at least 50% in the lengthwise direction and at least 25% in the crosswise direction.
